I sought Andrea's help to unravel some of the less helpful behaviours that have been a recurring theme for many years! Talking, questioning and working through the problems using EFT made a huge difference and helped me get past some long term road blocks, showed me how to continue, with the impetus and belief that I could, and it was surprisingly quick! Whist I've finished the first block of sessions I'd go back to Andrea in a heartbeat if I felt myself in need again.
